Does anybody know if CONTROL-M/CM for AFT can be used for a Fujitsu Server running VME

Check the PAC on the BMC Tech Support site. It lists all of the O/Ss that you can install the AFT CM on.
You may not need to install the AFT CM on that server.
If you have the AFT CM installed on server A and you have logon credentials to server B and server C then you can just create the account on server A and go from there.

I was recently involved with questions about using AFT to move files from our Fujitsu ICL platform (I assume running VME) to Windows environments. It is not currently supported, but BMC were interested in assisting with some testing I believe. You may get somewhere contacting them directly.
Currently operating systems z/OS, Open VMS, UNIX, Windows, AS400, HP Tandem, OS2200 are supported.
