PGP Template in Configuration Manager

i have installed new control-m AFT 6.4.01 on my pc when i go to the configuration manager and right click on CM (FILE_TRANS) i don't see PGP Template Management option. could someone help? please look at CONTORL-M/CM Advance File Transfer Administrtor Guide i am following steps from this doc.

you must install the CCM plugins on both server and client, wich are provide with AFT.
All is in installation documentation.

i have created a pgp template in configuration manager but don't know how to use this template when i setup a AFT job in desktop. i don't see options to use pgg on aft job. i want to create a AFT job which encrypt the files and then ftp to client.

i am using control-m AFT 6.4.01.

according to the AFT Documents the pgp encrypt or decrypt option should display under "FTP Commands Parameter"

i setup a pgp template in configuration manager and ran an AFT Job but the AFT job failed with message Error "2" please look at the sysout below i don't know what is casuing this error.
