OAP Request log/output in Sysout

Hi,

I'm trying to get Request log/output info into CTM Sysout but instead of the output I get the following text:

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.
>>>>>>>>>>/u51/app115/tln03/c/comn/admin/log/ATL03_tlnt09/l35267690.req
>>>>>>>>>>/u51/app115/tln03/c/comn/admin/out/ATL03_tlnt09/o35267690.out

I don't know what I'm doing wrong - the only thing that makes me curious is what does the Install BMC Package means in the account creation menu of oapconfig.exe

5) Enable viewing Request log/output in Sysout (Install BMC Package)

is there someone who can explain?

Thank's everyone for the "big" activity on this!

Install BMC Package means that if the option is selected control-m will create a package called BMC_FILE in the oracle db.

The cause of the problem I encountered was because after OAP account creation and configuration the BMC_FILE package was accidentally deleted.
