My problem is that I need to create a database control module account, but I don't have access to Control-M configuration module.
Is there any possibility for me to create the account through command line, like I can do it for the OEBS and AFT modules?

Database CM Account creation
Hi.
To create accounts for the CM 4 DB, you must use the CCM. Before you do so, ensure you have completed all of the installation processes as you need to load various files and directories into the correct locations, and run an executabel to enable the account management function. This is all documented in the CM for DB user guide.
I am making an assumption you are on EM 6.4 here. If not, you have other problems to contend with.
