CTLM Filewatcher utility parameters

When I use within a filewtacher

ON_FILEWATCH /incoming/EDS/LH/PRD.NGI.COSMA.SSIM4.* CREATE 100 10 10 3 0 N

I receive error messages and can not load the FW.

If I use
ON_FILEWATCH /incoming/EDS/LH/PRD.NGI.COSMA.SSIM4.* CREATE 0 0 0 03

it works just fine. Any idea??

The error message is :
: Wrong input value 'FROM_TIME'. Expected format: HHMM or YYYYMMDDHHMM.

but I do not even mention a FROM_TIME

Here is what I would use. FileWatch has different syntax then ctmfw

ctmfw "/incoming/EDS/LH/PRD.NGI.COSMA.SSIM4.*" CREATE 100 10 10 3 0 N
