sql server 2000 generate sql scripts automatically?

How to make sql server 2000 generate sql scripts automatically? Is there anyway that whenever I create stored procedures or whenever I update some tables in the database...that sql server can automatically generate sql scripts for that on the development server? So it would be easier when I update the database on the production server? thanks .
