Control-M BEM integration using IEA adaptor

I am working as a control-M scheduler. We are using control-M 6.4 version. currently we are planning to implement control-M BEM integration for automatic ticket generation in remedy using IEA adaptor. Can some help me how it can be achived. please shed some lights on how it IEA adaptor works. what are the prerequesties to be checked. installation procedure.. etc...
