BIM disconnection problem

Hi everyone,
we had a problem on Control-M module BIM and it's the first time.
We couldn't connect on BIM, on the windows the message was "Disconnected" so I checked the services on the CCM and the processes running on the server and everythings was Up and looked like it's running fine.
We can't find anything in the bim's log and the gsr log.
We have restarted the BIM process and it's running fine now.
Do you have any idea of what could happened ?
We are using Control-M 6.3 and have a migration to the 7 in 1 month, so it's not vital but wish to have an explaination.
