BIM not calculating SLA ETA correctly

Post by rdierk » 09 Nov 2007 5:19

I am in the process of testing BIM to evaluate wether our company will purchase the product. Has anyone installed and used it successfully? I am running BIM v6.2.01.500 and am having issues with the way it calculates the start and end time of jobs in the critical path. It does not correctly estimate the SLA eta at the beginning of the batch process. I would like to get feed back on what users went through to get the product to work, wht system parameters needed to be updated, how many jobs are in the critical path for the SLA and if the timezone functionality is being used.

Thanks

BIM has some issues

I have successfully used this product under 6.2 and 6.3 with no issues. It is more likely related to the fact that BIM needs historical data to make the calculation as to when a job is late. Mine took a week or two to produce accurate results.
