STATISTICAL informations are not updated in Control-M EM

Hi All,
Statistical informations of all the jobs in datacenter is not updating in Control-M EM. But the jobs are running fine, sysout and logs are fine. we are able to see the sysout and logs except statistical info.
What could be the reason for only statistical information is not updating.
We ran the utility ctmjsa "*" in Control-M Server, but no luck.
Control-M EM version 7.00.400
