Scheduler Usage

Hello,

We are getting this error in our Communication Status window:

Gateway - green
Synchronization - red X
Network Status - Reconnecting

The subject line is the description of what I found for this.

How do we remedy this issue?

The described situation can be dued to man reasons, control the server controlm state and operation; also use the shell command from ccm to have more related data.

Regards

Apparantly the server group did a upgrade unrelated to CM and brought up the services out of order. Once restarted in the correct order everything was fine.
