use AFT module installed on cm-agent.
read manual for that.

1) Define AFT account via ctmmenu using your administrator user.
For this definition, you must know server name (or ip), protocol,
username, and other communication characteristics
between booth servers.
2) When you create a job in the desktop, select AFT in the 'Job Type' field.
3) Note that the job definition window have a new tab 'FILE_TRANS', this tab is used to define the account (name as you defined in step 1), directories from/to and filename from/to.

If you dont have AFT then you can just command line a script on a server that does the ftp login, changes directories and then a put or a get of the filename to the server. As long as you have an ECS agent on one of them.
