jobs die or not running

After recycle of control m, all jobs in control m did not automatically running. To be able the jobs to run, you need to hold and free the jobs.
Is anyone of you know what is the reason or causing this, and how it will resolve.

Hi,

Please check the diskspace on BMC folder, CPU usage and Protcol version is set correct.
