Setting up control m environment from scratch

Hi,

We are planning to setup a new control m environment for our client from scratch. Please share valuable feedback and challenges while doing so from Admin point of view.

Version: 6.4
DB: Oracle
Monitoring: 3rd party tool
CM: SAP, AFT.
HA, OS clustering.

If installing a new CTM, my advice is to use a version more recent than 6.4. When dealing with HA cluster, my other advice is to use professional service.
