Using LDAP With Control-M EM 7.0

Hi,

I want to use LDAP authentification with Control-M 7.0, after deployed LDAP with CCM when i try to connect to GUI or Desktop i am facing this error :

Failed to authenticate -ldap error: Invalid credentials
LDAP Authentification has failed.

Is someone Know what can i do?

Be sure to have followed the steps reported in documentation:
Control-M Administration Guide pag. 171 (in version 7.0)
See the section about user\groups definition.

In particular can be that you cant find the user in the LDAP tree, the Active Directory is a little different, but in general often you must define the user\groups properly.

Thanks for your answer, it is ok now. The problem was located LDAP on User and domain.
