JOB FAILED TO EXECUTE DUE TO USER ENVIRONMENT

Hi,

I am getting error while executing the Jobs.

"JOB FAILED TO EXECUTE DUE TO USER ENVIRONMENT"

Is that message in the jobs log or in the sysout? If it's in the sysout then is there any more? I think we've come across this before and a stop/start of the agent normally resolves it.

Its in log & in sysout it giving error like @Failed to submit Job, found empty sysout.
Job submission aborted due to error in executing.
Job submission aborted due to error in Autoedit variables.

Hello Deepa,
i had this problem yesterday on a linix mashine.
The problem was that the home directory of the agent not the right permissions have.

It should have 755

This error message is tricky and the reasons very different. If you want to identify the "real reasons", give us some further details:

- Control-M/Agent version
- Operating System
- Exit code
- The full log of your job
