Urgent: Required immediate solution

Post by Sobriquet » 18 Apr 2011 5:26

Hi All,

I have a question for you. I have a scenario when the user daily job got failed while executing it can’t be reran as the application sets a time and date flag to prevent the job from being run multiple times and duplicate batch being loaded into the queue.

So what needs to be done to get the jobs loaded into the queue. Keep in mind that some of the jobs may have been loaded so you don’t want to load duplicates.

Can you help me in this?

Thanks,
Sri

Hello,

Check out ctmudchk utility in the Control-M utility guide.

"The ctmudchk utility checks if all jobs that should have been ordered by a User Daily job are in the Active Jobs file. This utility facilitates recovery from the interruption of a User Daily job."

Regards,
