problem with remote host

hello ,
we haved a problem with a remote host , i explain,

someone has delete the remote agent in the configuration utility, but, now we can not recreate the same agent , we got constraint violations while creating the remote agent.

it may had kept some informations in base , so that we cannot recreate it

if some of you had an idea?

hi,
It maybe seems that the entry, even if it's dropped in CCM, should still exist in some of the following tables :
CMS_RJX_NAMES
CMS_SSH_DETAILS
CMS_MACHINE_MAP

Hi!

Have you checked if the entry for RJX node still persists with the ctmhostmap command as CMS Server Admin user? Log on as the CMS Admin on to the CTM Server and then issue the ctmhostmap command. With this utility you could easily take actions on the Remote hosts in your environment as a suggestion instead of going through the CCM.....
