The below point from my manager:
1- Prepare a policy for the CONTROL-M automation describing objectives and responsibilities to be signed by management.
2- Creating a procedure document describing the start and end of the process including the quality assurance part to be signed by management.
3- Creating SLA as control measure for the configured jobs. I will be discussing with you and the customers the timing for the SLA after finishing the tamplet
he need doc. for this
