What are you using to collect information for new Jobs

Hi guys,

First of all sorry for my bad English, i will try to explain my need.
So, when new jobs must be created on Control-M i send an Excel Workbook to developers for them to fulfill.
But after 5.000 jobs i need to put this information all together in another format for easy search, for example i want to know wich jobs are related to a certain database?

What you guys are using for this?

Hi there,

I mean, i ned a central repository where i can put all documents for newer jobs.

When i have to do some intervention on some servers, i want to search quikly for example wich databases ( they are connect to those jobs ) will be affected.

Can i make me understand?

What EM version are you using?

In EM 700 BMC enhanced the audit and the annotation capabilities and such a solution is implemented in the product.....
