Calendar Issues...

if in doubt go down the easy route and define a calendar for the next 3-4 years. Shoudn't take more than a few minutes.

after further lookign into this try this.

On Monthdays select the days 17,18,19,20,21,22,23 and with an AND select weekdays Wednesday (3)

on the months only have March June september and December Selected.

this should work. I've skimmed through 2007 and 3rd Wednesday will always fall between 17th and 23rd of the month
