AFT between Unix & Mainframe

Hi people, i need some help...

I need to transfer some files from AIX v4.3 to OS 390 v2.1 and want to do it with an AFT account. When i tried to validate the AFT account, appeared this message:

Can you tell me how i can fix this?

can you open up a ftp/psftp from AIX to mainframe?

I coud open it, but i just solve the problem.

I changed the port and it worked.
