Send a Control-M Condition since a script

Example, you want to create a web interface including applications treatments. For each treatment you need to be able to stop and start process without using Contro-EM or ECS console.
That script could be use to add or delete condition using Control-M processes. It could be included in all external scripts.
You will find Unix and Windows versions Since control-M 2.24.00 to Control-M 6.2.01
