Control M 7 EM & Server Setup

Hi Friends,
I have Control M 7 EM & Server installed in Production RHEL 6.6 Server.
If I copy 'srv' , 'em' & 'ControlM_Install' installation folder from this server (Under \ctrlm)
to my another RHEL 6.2 server in Test Env at it's \ctrlm - will this work ?
(I'll create em & server user account similar as in my Prod server)
Can I manually modify DB detail for my Control M Installation in Test Env in some way ?
( DB Server , DB name , ID , Password is different for my test Env)
