Long delay between job finishing and showing done

On only one server the jobs are completing on the server but there is a long delay before the job in the display shows as being complete. All of the parmeters on this and other servers are the same. Can you give me any ideas of what may be causing the delay?

Check that tracker process is running at the agent. If in doubt, simply restart the agent when no job is running there.

If that doesn't work, you might also check that the agent is configured with the same level communications protocol as the CTM Server thinks it should be communicating with it at.

Before making an alteration to it, it is probable best to make sure nothing is running, and you might even want to deleted any jobs for the agent, then un-delete them afterwards...

check the event_timeout parameter of the agent.
The default value is 120 seconds - very long.
