Control-M/EM- unable to retrieve the SYSOUT. 'Action Failed'

Control-M/EM- unable to retrieve the SYSOUT. 'Action Failed'

I'm using Control/M 6.3.01. While trying to retrieve the SYSOUT logs for the job which ran successfully

by rightclick on the job name --> Select 'Sysout'. It display the Sysout list. But while i selecting the sysout , the following message is displayed

Message from CONTROL-M:
Action : 'Get job's sysout'
Job : 'jobname1'

Action Failed!
The agent folder is having the corresponding SYSOUT logs in the following location
C:\Program Files\BMC Software\CONTROL-M Agent\Default\SYSOUT

The logs files are shown as *.DAT format.

what could be the possible issue and any suggestions on how to fix it?

Check the log of the job, there might be some information. Might be permissions as well.

Does sysout file exists?

Are you sure there is the correct sysout file?
The file name should be: <jobname>_<orderID>_<runcount>.dat.
Check if the correct file exists.
If yes, you could not have the right permission to read sysout files.
