CCM Plugin in Control-M v7.0

Hi to all, i have a problem when try to use this option in Configuration manager :

Tools --> Control Modules --> AFT --> Account manager

Internal Error occurred.
Failed to get Accounts list.
CCM Plugin version is not compatible with CM for AFT version.

I read in some blogs that this problem is resolved reinstalling the dll 'msvcp71.dll' in /windows/system32 directory and register it. But the problem continue. Any Idea ?

Control-M v7.0, AIX 7.1 64 bits, Oracle 11g.2
Configuration Manager under Windows xp.

I'm installing Ctm v7.0 from 0, our local support send us the solution:

- In the desktop --> tools --> Import aplication forms
In this case, our original installation CD don't came with the xml files necessary to update (AFT.xml, FTP.xml). So, we request a new CDs.

We are waiting for the new CDs to retrieve this files in FORMS dir.

- Update Pluggins, in the GUI, executing a cmd file in CCM/Em_Client directory.
IN this case, we don't have this directory and file, so, we request to send us this files.

I think that our support don't send the originals CD for installation and some files and directory are not present for full installation.

Sorry, i don't have user/password. Mi Local support company say to us that BMC only receive users from business partners. Really ?

Each client can have access, is an alternative to have CD or DVD: Eletronic Distribution

Hi all, our local support send to us a new set of Installarion Disk for AFT and we can do the installation correctly.

- Replace FORM in Application forms with files aft.xls and ftp.xml
- Run the command in CMM_Client directory to install CMM client.
