The jobs fail after a status of DISAPPEARED, that is a temporary communication issue between Control-M Server and its agent.
In that case, the job change to DISAPPEARED status, and become a NOTOK job, as the timeout parameter has been exceeded.

Hi have the same message once.

The problem was that the connection between Control-M server and agente was lost and the gateway componente is not working well. Try to stop al component by root_menu and start again.
