Control-M v7.0 GAS desired state Down but not Down

Hi, we have a problem with GAS component. Today, i try to delete old ecs messages and, as usually in v6.3, i reset the GAS componente. But in Control-M v7.0 (aix 7.1, Oracle 11g.2), the GAS component never appears to be 'down'. The only thing that i can do i 'desired State:Up'. But i check the messages in ECS console and they don't was deleted.

NOTE: In v7.0, when i deleted alert, appears a message that i never see in v6.3, some about to run 'refresh' command, but i don't know where can i type this instruction.

Refresh the component, may sai to recycle the GAS component.
So from the CCM:
-desired state down
-wait the state was realy down (control also the processes on the server machine if you can),
-desired state up.

I try to recycle the GAS but in status appears 'Recycle'. 10 hours later this messages continue. I set them again UP and get UP, but alert are not really deleted. Using the option desired state Down, it never down.

I think now it is blocked.
- desided state down
- kill the process on the server machine
- when ok: desired state up
