Can't view sysout from remote host jobs on Control-M/EM

Hi All,

I have a remote host jobs running on Windows. When job ended successfully i can't view job's sysout from Control-M/EM. I got message :

This is a placeholder sysout for job: <04xuq> <00001>
The orginal sysout may be available at:
<C> on host: <wbnas32>

Remote Host connection details
==============================
CONTROL-M/Agent: VMWBNAS37
Protocol: WMI
Sysout Directory: "C:\temp"

Please advise for this situation.

Please verify if the Control-M Agent user has permissions for sysout directory in remote host. Both share and security permissions. Ensure the folder is shared
