changing the hostname and IP of host running CM7.0.00

Did someone do this?
Situation:
You have fully installed working whole CM7.0.00 solution on Unix (aix) server.
Then, you need to (your customer push you to do that) change the hostname and IP adress of CM host server.
What are the steps?

I played with windows, almost everything fully operational after change, but only em_database_menu says: "can not connect to database".
I found some old hostname records in *.dat files of EM, which I can not edit as they are not a ASCII files.

So, i'd like to know, if on UNIX there is someone, who did it succesfully without any problems. (as i do not have testing environment for aix).

thanks

Whatever you work out, keep in mind that you may not have a fully supported installation, as BMC will require you to install the software in every case. They do not support software copied from one server to another.
