I have this odd issue that popped up a while ago. When closing Enterprise Manager from our production server, the "Please wait while Control-M/EM exits" box never goes away. On test side it never happens.
After checking in Process Explorer, I've found that these two threads always remain open and don't let emgui.exe close:
