to count number of failures and successful jobs - monthly

I have a requirement where we need total counts of ended ok and ended notok jobs monthly. Our control-M log retainment period is for 5 days. so I created two jobs with grep for ended ok and notok on ctmlog list and wc -l command to count ended ok and notok jobs after every 5 days that is on 6th, 12th, 18th,24th and 30th and it emails me both counts on these days correctly.

Is there a way where I can get total monthly counts for ended ok and notok jobs once instead of adding up ?

You should be able to do that in the report facility under Active jobs.
make one report for ended OK and one for ended notok

You can use reporting facility in batch mode

thanks for the replies but unfortunately I do not have Reporting Facility. Do I have any other choice ?
