Gateway showing up in Admin Facility but stays Disconnected.

I have just installed CTM client components on windows machine. But the Gateway is showing disconnected.

In the administration facility, it shows Current state - Up, Message - disconnected.

What might be the reason ?

Hi,
The raison may be that your controlm/em could not communicate with controlm server, or config agent on controlm server is not started, or many different possible issues.
