Log error shows mail to person is failing

Hi,

We are having AFT jobs to send mail once the transfer is successfull or failure.

The issue is, the mail is going to the particular person after successful transfer but in the log its showing the "Email to XXX person is failed".

Please let me know where I need to check the settings for this issue.

And for failure conditions the mail is not going.

Kindly let me know the solution.

Hi,
Can you give the exact log for this jobs ?
Is your agent smtp configuration fine ?
Do you use post proc with shout to MAIL ?
Does this MAIL logical existing ?

1. I dont know how to attach the file.
so,find the below.

"Job state Ended at 2011060112352.compstat 0,RUNCNT 1
Email to XXX Failed"

2. Where to find the SMTP configuration fine or not?

3.No we are not Post Proc shout.
4.yes we have given the logics in "Steps tab".
