overwrite existing jobs using defjob utility

Hi, in the past when I have used the defjob utility to upload jobs, I have found that it uploads them in addition to the existing ones doubling them up rather than overwrites the existing ones.

does anyone know how to overwrite existing jobs using defjob?

or better still some way to easily modify existing jobs "easily"

any advise much appreciated.

Try updatedef or deldefjob+defjob.

as baralem said yes because every jobs have a jobno parameter, use the deldefjob before, just have to script
