in 6.3. version it is control-m functionality?

I havent found it. Can you give a guide?

For sending a sysout via mail - it depends on platform you use.
If unix - use cat [sysout_name] | mail -s 'sysout from %%JOBNAME' command in cmdline or in POSTCMD.
It depends, what you are allowed to do and what is the clearest way for you.

We are running unix solaris 10 and using the POSTCMD, would be the better option for me. Could you send me an example?

In 6.3 is configured on the server parameters.
See in the ctmserver admin guide:
"CONTROL-M/Server e-mail configuration parameters".

1) ADD_SYSOUT_TO_EMAIL
2) ADD_SYSOUT_TO_EMAIL_LIMIT_SIZE
3) ADD_SYSOUT_TO_EMAIL_TIMEOUT_LIMIT
