emuser password

It is time to change our EMUSER DBO password, but I'm being asked why this DBO user cannot be changed to non-expiring.

From what I know though, if a password is changed to non-expiring...it is not then "shared" with the system administrator for Control-M. Since the Control-M Admin would need that password for EMUSER...wouldn't it be a bad idea to change it to non-expiring?

Has anyone faced this question?

Be carefull changing the EMUSER administrator password in Control-m / EM GUI should not change anything for the account <user> <dbo> from the database.
It will just change the one that is recorded for EM GUI logging.
