New to Reporting Facility - Help needed

I have lots of reporting experience but am brand new to the control-m Reporting Facility. We haven't used this before and so I need help! First - Is there any good documentation about this app? I can't seem to find any. Second - I see comments about 'here is the sql' - but are you running this from within the Reporting Facility? If so, how? I'll start with that. Thanks.
