Extract ALARM information from Control-EM Server

Running from Control-EM 6.0.00 to 6.2.01, that script is able to create a HTML extraction.
The goal is to create an external Alert console throught intranet web access without using Control-EM GUI.
There is an report example !
and save the result in a file.
