I have Control-M 6.4.01 with Batch Impact Manager 6.4.01 too.
I want to have a BIM Report that shows me Service Name and Service Run time, is it possible?

Using the supplied BIM reports, you can select the 'actual start' and 'actual end' times of the services you require. If you want the actual duration, then I would suggest generating the report as CSV, and putting it into Excel or other spreadsheet tool, and do some number crunching on the date/times to see if you can then get the actual duration. (I'm not a whiz on Excel).
