I am not sure how to do this with the reporting facility. We are using VISUALjob for Control-M. With this tool it is super easy to produce the report you have asked for.

Retaining log and sysout information for a longer period is an issue for Control-M for DS environments in general. But there are solutions available.

Other free PDF creators I have used in the past are cutepdf.com and primopdf.com. Both have worked fine.
