Hi satish, if all your agents have the same problem, make sure that Server-TO-Agent port are used only by Control-M SERVER and are not firewalled. Try to make a Telnet from Server to Agent on SERVER-TO-AGENT port and a telnet from Agent to Server on AGENT-TO-SERVER port. Best Regards Giuseppe Nappo

probably the job don't generate a sysout, try to see the log of the job.

If logs don't solve your problem, please let me know:

- Control-M Server Version and Server OS
- Control-M Agent Version, Fix-Pack and Server OS
