How can I send an early warning notification using BIM?
and do I need Service Impact Manager for that?

The SLA time is 6:00AM Because the earlier jobs are running late, it may not be able to complete by 6:00AM What I want is that it should be able to predict at 5:30 itself and send a message at 5:30 saying that "The service will not be completed by 6:00AM. I have kept "the service is late"
because the "job is late" parameter calculates for individual job statistics
and I have given the full email address, still its not working

I do want to use BIM for a set of critical jobs.
But to start with, I am tryign to d it for only one job as I am very new to BIM

I can kill the job if it is running late but I am not able to send an email alert if its running late. I dont know whats the problem.

Yes, I have specified the shout destination correctly

1 P S kill D:\CONTROL-M Server\Ctm\Exe\kill.cmd

And yes, the shout table where kill program is defined is active

But tstill its the same error "shout to kill failed" :(

What could be the reason?
