Hi- Can we restrict control-M EM users from accessing Control-M desktop GUI?We are on version7

Currently,they have access to EM and also Desktop but would like to know if there is an option to restrict access to Control-M desktop(design module).

Diagnostic tests should clearly resolve else it is communication issue and needs to be addressed in first place.

Is agent-server(7006) port opened on firewall?
Is the agent communication set to transient or persistent mode?

Also,we have another issue where one of our xml draft is producing the desired html but the PNG formt for the same is getting cropped to the right.The xml has around 730 jobs that are part of one smart fodler and DC.

Any suggestions?

Well no,but I quite think it may work as when I right click on hilighted jobs,the option to 'Pre_Submission(Run Now)' is avaiaible.

Atleast one of the two agent hosts must have FTP or sftp server services running on them.
