Hello sharonc,
The password file is just a text file that contains the password in clear text. Just be sure to put the right perms on the file so only your controlm user can read it.

Hello,
Yes, in version 8, View Schedule is what you are looking for. To enable Forecast you should install the Forecast addon in the EM Server. Forecast addon is not included in EM, if it is available for your contract, you should be able to download it from your BMC support account.

Hello, Really, the easiest way is to create a regular calendar and mark exactly the days you want your job to run.
