u can see the BYPASS command in control-M z/os whereas for Control-M /EM u can use the WHY option for adding the condition and run the Job.

No, u can't see the details for force upload.

Add the condition or bypass the condition of the second Job so that it will run and the first Job will remain in queue without disturbing its any of the conditions.
