Not sure, but Migration is done by Export and import utilities in Migration Toolkit.

Do we have any dependency on File System also, as its just that you install Control-M v9 on New Server, and run migration toolkit from old Machine and Export it in new machine.

yes catchtony is absolutely right, you need to set two different Scheduling for both the jobs, job which is executing at 08:00 AM should have Scheduling from SUN-FRI and the job which is executing at 1600 should have scheduling from MON-SAT, thanks.
