On the STEPS tab there is an option to DO MAIL. Drawing a blank with the manual, does anyone know how to get this to work?
I am using a mail address that is valid but no mail arrives. Does this have to be defined somewhere? Using 6.2. Thanks

Thank for you reply but we are fully patched up. I logged the problem with BMC and after checking the ProcLogs I was advised the database was corrupt and a rebuild required

I am running Control-M 6.2 on windows and an SQL database. Hardware restarted while controlm was up and it appears to have left some processes in a mixed up state. If I run a CTM_Menu and check the controlm manger - Check all - it tells me that SQL is not available but SQL tells me it is up and runn...
