Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum and I have few queries. We have nonprod environments and we get frequent restart and cache clear requests from developers. I want to delegate this to developers team using Control-M. We have .bat scripts and Jobs in place to shut, start and clear cache. We use those jobs as Application administrators. 1. How can I do that making sure developers have access to select jobs only. Do I need to create separate user auth group? Developers can execute scripts using Control-M Self Service right? I will wait for reply and move on with this conversation further. thanks in advance! |

Hi You can select Folders, Application, Groups you want to affect to a user or to a Group. Everything must be declare at first in your CCM. After that you must declare Services and Rights to SelfService. But if you want simple tool and way to provide a web access to your users, go to see APS Manager on http://www.apsware.com |
